I scanned a picture of this car outside the Admin Building from the Fred
Schneider collection.  I'll include it on the SHJ web site the next time I
make an update - with proper credit of course.

Bill Nixon's Photo Collection has a very good photo of F-9 as it
appeared in April, 1941 outside the Exposition Hall Building at the
Point. It had archbar trucks.with what appears to be 33" wheels.

Signage on the side of the car reads:

Pittsburgh Railways Company
Freight Service
Store Door Delivery

Made by P.R.Co. in 1918 from existing twin truck wooden rolling stock,
it saw approximately 30-yrs. of service prior to vanishing from the S.
Hills yards sometime around 1948....from recollections of the "car barn
kid" who was born and raised right next to the action.
