By the way, was your meal as bad as mine?  I asked for a "Rachael" (a ruben with cole
slaw instead of sauerkraut).  I got a ruben without the dressing.  It clashed terribly
with the coconut in the pie.  All in all, the meal was a disaster and I'm still paying
for it.
