I thought this too. However, in checking the PRM track map, double track is 
shown on West St probably up to the Homestead Hospital area, then single 
track all the way to the first siding which is well past 22nd Street. I have 
seen photos of the Main/22nd area and I know the cars heading toward 
Homestead had to operate on the wrong side of the street on 22nd. Other 
passing sidings are at Main/Center, Interboro at the Pgh City Line, and 
Interboro near the jct. with Rts. 56/56A.
