When I was still with the state, we sent most documents over e-mail in RTF
because it saved space and didn't loose any formatting commands. But when I
sent the table of contents in RTF, everything got screwed up. When I sent it to
Ed the second time in Word97, it went through perfectly. Of course, Ed was
unhappy because I put page numbers on it. He then went to great lengths to
remove them all. I should have locked it with a password to frustrate him.
