	See the <VBG> [Very Big Grin] at the end of my statement - Es un
chiste, Senor - it is a joke! - about the whole document being on disk.

	*I* fail to understand you mentioning that it is on disk - your
references to the Table of Contents on disk presumed that we all knew
about that.  But I didn't - I hadn't received any mail about any of the
book being on disk.  I just wanted to confirm what was and what wasn't,
tis all!<VBG>!!!!!!!!!
