Photo similarities

I forgot to comment on a curiosity shown in one of the photos that Jim
was asking about  -
<http://davesrailpix.railfan.net/pitts/htm/jfp135.htm>.   Note that the
large CITGO billboard above the trolley spells its product, "Gasolene". 
This sign was there for years, and in the 50's it carried the company's
previous name, Cities Service.

The spelling on the billboard sometimes generated comments from the
public who said it should be spelled, "gasoline".

Next time I'm in a CITGO station, I'll  look at the signs and see if they
still sell gasolene.
