W.A. Feibelman (one "n"), "Rails to Pittsburgh" published right 
here in my hometown by the ludicrously misnamed Superior 
Publishing. It covers the Pennsy as far away as Lancaster and the 
B&O as far as Cumberland.

But mainly it shows the Pittsburgh area, including a shot from the 
top of the Duquesne incline with a lowfloor sitting on Carson Street 
as a PCC turns west from the Point Bridge.
