My Silly Valley friends all tell me houses about the size of mine in
footprint, on a similar lot, are going for well over 500k, and the prices
haven't stabilized there. I realize that's a bit south of you, of course.
(Mine is a 1920s vintage brick and siding 2.5 story on a lot in the second
addition to Trafford, which makes it 4 blocks "up the hill" from the
nearest the rails ever got... cost me $52.5k in 1995)

739 was the Fay-West, right? Was its throne missing because it was
outfitted differently?

Sadly I don't know much about the interiors of thw West Penn cars.
