Yough bridge pages are up (fwd)

A gentleman by the name of Bruce Cridlebaugh has been working on a "Bridges 
and Tunnels of Allegheny County" web site for some time. Obviously there's 
some crossover interest, so I figured it'd be appropriate to share it with 
"yinz". If you have feedback for Bruce, he can be reached at

Among the things he wondered to me in email:
? The proposed (never built) bridge at Frank/Scott Haven
? The cable ferry at that location or near Sutersville
? The 2 Yough dams of 1851: one at Buena Vista and one other so far not 
located
? The Port Vue (Port View) Incline
? The 13th and 15th Av bridges (are the metal scraps in the DuraBond
yard near the YRT part of one of those bridges?)

As far as I know the only bridge at 15th (before the current one) was the 
one imploded about 6 years ago; I suppose I should go and look at the scrap 
in question.
