If I remember the file correctly, there was some kind of "clubhouse" down at
the bottom.  But yes, it did cross the tracks, and also came out on the
street somewhere in the intersection below.  I think there are drawings,
too, along with correspondence with the person they bought it from.  I seem
to recall that the deal was (interestingly) contingent upon the PUC's
approval of the abandonment petition.  PRCo's managers were no dummies with
the buck!

A residential type driveway, or something explicitly running up to the
line to Washington? (Or if you don't know offhand, it's not important; I'm
just curious if they had to jump through hoops or probably more correctly
throw money at someone to get it)
