Dameron is at the upper right.  I don't think Bob Parker is in the picture
(but would enjoy hearing his story).  According to the newspaper that day,
the "celebrants" were Dameron, Wilkinsburg Mayor Alex Jaffurs, Senator Jack
MCgregor and Judge Loran Lewis.

The man who is just above John Dameron, with the partial shadow on his face,
appears to be Robert Parker, Manager of Transportation. Mr. Parker worked
for
both PRCo and PAT. He told me an interesting story about the then new 1700
series PCCs when they were placed on the West End routes. Let know if you
want to hear it sometime.
