SHJ updated, including Bob Schmidt story

Greetings:

Just to let you know that I made an update to the South Hills Junction web
page last night.  It includes some input from new list member Bob Schmidt
but not his pictures, they will be on the next update.  I added an article
on the interlocking from the 1940 Transit Journal and some pictures from
Fred Schneider including a rescan of the picture from inside the tunnel.
Not much to update on the module progress though, just one picture of
changes to the framework.  I'm laying track now and things have s-l-o-w-e-d.
