PCC-From Coast to Coast shows car 1550, outbound on Neville Island, signed up
for rt. 23. The caption reads, "The line to Sewickley boasted much
uncongested track, such as this stretch of right-of-way on Neville Island in
the Ohio River. This was one of the latter lines to receive modern cars; the
1500s were the first to be assigned." This is on page 171.
Again on, page 174, is a photo of car 1795 at Sewickley Loop. The caption
reads, "...........Car 1795, only weeks after entering service, rests 12
miles from downtown at the Sewickley, Pa., loop. The rail was later removed
and became the present Drake Loop."
