Sewickley -- Neville Island Service

Those pictures were the only ones I ever saw on Neville Island except for
two PRC official photos of a track brake test on a yellow car in the 1930s.

		PCC-From Coast to Coast shows car 1550, outbound on Neville
Island, signed up 
		for rt. 23. The caption reads, "The line to Sewickley
boasted much 
		uncongested track, such as this stretch of right-of-way on
Neville Island in 
		the Ohio River. This was one of the latter lines to receive
modern cars; the 
		1500s were the first to be assigned." This is on page 171.

		Again on, page 174, is a photo of car 1795 at Sewickley
Loop. The caption 
		reads, "...........Car 1795, only weeks after entering
service, rests 12 
		miles from downtown at the Sewickley, Pa., loop. The rail
was later removed 
		and became the present Drake Loop."
