Don't think so, though Delaware's 400-series cars could pass Ken's Master 
Unit test. The livery, car type and sign are all wrong, plus Wilmington's 
route 5 was Vandever Avenue; Delaware Avenue was route 10. 

Buffalo is harder to dismiss - the car looks like a possibility, as does the 
paint. But the rather distinctive sign (destination above number) doesn't 
seem to jibe; besides, International Railway's route 5 was Niagara Street. 
I'm of the impression that Delaware Avenue, though a major transit corridor, 
was not itself a route designation.
