Greetings!

	The carfare for a local ride was probably between five and ten cents
which helps to put the real estate sale into perspective.  So that would
probably make for an extreme bottom price of $8-million.  Don't know how
the actual inflation price would compare - that may make the value of
the sale considerably more in todays dollars.
