If you want digital (tiff file) versions many states have them online
PA has its in

You can also look at them on terraserver.microsoft.com
If you want to know more, I'll be happy to explain it.
If you want a complete set of PA on CD, I can burn you a set for the cost
of the CDs and the shipping, but I already owe some things to some people
(I think Jim wanted the aerial photos covering the area; those can also be
had online, but they're *huge*)
