But wasn't 4th and Talbot level with housing still existing in 1966???

But hilltop area inbound on 67 from Rankin Bridge had been somewhat leveled 
of housing by mid 60s.  Signal could also be for close clearance.  There was 
at least one on 64 line. in North Braddock area around Liberty Street.
