another remnant

I'm at the David L Lawrence Convention Center now for IETF
(http://www.ietf.org ... IETF are the people who define standards so
things like the web and email work across systems and vendors). We went up
to the Strip District for dinner; I got wet on the way back in the rain,
but I also noticed while crossing 16th on Penn (the bridge side of the
intersection) a rail curving on the inside of the curve from the
further-from-the-city inbound side of Penn onto the bridge. 

Just the right rail, and I could see it was cut and so didn't go onto the
bridge.

Nothing terribly exciting, but it's there
