Wow! That answers my question. Thanks. I guess I should pull out my copies of your books
and re-read them. It's been years since I have.

So a company could order the cars equipped as they wanted them. Perhaps the reason
Pittsburgh went with the 75-25 split will resurface.  Ken J.
