M11

Greetings!

	I wonder if M11 was the first air-car to receive the hour glass paint
scheme?  The photo in *PCC From Coast to Coast* on page 163 shows this
scheme in 1956.

	The car was withdrawn from service in 1947 according to the photo
caption here.  According to the note on this car on the foldout in the
back of *PCC--The Car That Fought Back* it was converted in 1950.

	It still retains the Golden Glo headlight in 1956!
