If you saw this in 1986 it was by "The Paul Kantner Band." I remember this 
video well, as there were PATransit cars in it. I do not, however, recall the 
title. It played on MTV for a few months in '86. If the tune you are talking 
about was during another year than '86, then we have two Pgh trolley music 
videos.
