Why Not Pittsburgh? (Muni F-Line)

	So do Philly  AND  Chicago  AND  San Francisco  --  yet there are quite
a few of these!  And Louisville is green - only the fans will notice the
difference in paint styles - the colors are all very similar as far as
the public is concerned.
