	Very good possibility.  From your original post about the photos being
very late PRCo early PAT days, it didn't seem rational that rail at
Craft would be repaired knowing it was being abandoned very soon  -- 
unless that rail was super-bad.  And it didn't make sense to remove the
rail to pave for ({[bus]}) storage.
