And maybe Muni bought used cars from St. Louis and not Pittsburgh?  Better 
yet, maybe Jim Holland can ask why specific paint schemes where chosen for 
the ex. SEPTA cars.  I'm curious, but suspect that it was merely some 
personnal preferences.
