Homewood car house became Homewood bus garage and was used until East Liberty 
garage opened in 1971. I started with PATransit at E. Liberty in October 
1972. 

Craft Avenue was retained as the Training Department. I trained out of Craft 
Avenue until we moved to our assigned garages after the first week. The place 
was totally empty except for the second floor where the Training Dept. was 
housed. This, of course, was 1972.
