Does anyone have any information M134 - former number and disposition?

I recently came across some photos I took of M134 on 4/4/65 at South
Hills Jct.  It was heading a line of PCCs on the second track nearest the
paved route 39 and 42 tracks that ran along the yard.  There appear to be
two vertical pipes near the front corners of M134 - was this the pavement
line-painting car?
