Really????? What were the project numbers for the federal and state grants
for overall of 100 PCC cars for Pittsburgh??? Can't seem to find any
references in my lists.
Seriously, I suspect that one would have to discuss Skybus and politics to
understand why the 1600s were overhauled. The 16s weren't needed for
Library service under the Early Action Program.
