Greetings

Several correspondents and transit news reporters including Pittsburgh's

Joe Grata have advocated a return to mass transit to defeat the new
high cost of gasoline.

Why Not? A suggestion. Lets each of us start a chain letter to
friends and associates to use transit and not drive. Even one day
aweek would cut the demand. In the mid 1970's, County Commissioner
Tom Forester started riding transit one day a week. Judge Lewis, PAT
Chairman rode the bus from the west end every day.

Email your friends and relatives. Harold Geissenheimer
