TEA -- Historic Lines

Going North to SHV/Drake loop from Washington PA would be THE ideal
route, and impinging on Allegheny County by only a very small percent. I
don't have my County map handy, but I think the demarcation line crosses
somewhere around Library, PA  a few miles South of SHV. Could the tremor
we all just felt be Mr. Dameron rolling over?!
