Greetings!
Very difficult question to answer because I don't know your likes,
dislikes, budget and so on. At over $50.00 each, they might be
expensive on a tight budget.
I have them because they are a series on Pennsylvania that is
representative of trolleycar transit in the state - my home state.
My impression of this series is that it was *supposed* to be 1950 and
before. For several systems that is true because they disappeared by
that time. But for my hometown of Pgh., all the photos except for
several are mid 1950s and later - stuff I am very familiar with. The
Pgh. coverage itself was disappointing to me. And since I labored under
the impression of 1950 and earlier, the inclusion of ({[pat]}) from the
mid-1960s is totally out of context with what was promised.
But Johnstown is covered in the same book and that is excellent. WP is
also in this volume and the coverage was good but not spectacular. Most
scenes are familiar ones.
