I don't think Bill knows either, his caption reads -- 1463 at unknown
location July 11, 1957.
Peter Roehm photo.
Does anyone know Peter Roehm?

Has anybody bothered to ask Bill Volkmer? The photo is from his
collection, and he is probably able to make out something of the destination
sign.
Going by the maps:
The car is apparently just beginning to turn right from the line it has just
come up. And it's a left-hand loop to the right of the line. That cuts down
the
field considerably.
Woods Run:
Distinct possibility. Flat route, with a hill behind. That would be Woods
Run
Avenue in the background, just having turned left (i.e. to our right) to
continue on.
Only one problem: namely, if the mud track we see in the foreground is a
street, since the map shows nothing such. But if the street is actually to
our right, where the man is standing by the signpost, then that would be
Central Avenue. Virtually everything else seems to jibe.
