1443 Neeld Loop ???? Don't Think so !!!

While the photo caption for this particular URL
http://davesrailpix.railfan.net/pitts/htm/wvp132.htm says this is Neeld
loop, I don't believe it for a moment! Maybe the dinky track between
Mt. Lebanon and Castle Shannon, but not Neeld loop!
Note the very dark color of the trolley cowl - we had discussed this
before. Seems there was a time when the roof of many PCCs was quite
dark and it doesn't seem to match other colors on the car.
Also note the trolley base - the springs make an inverted "V"
formation, something like "^". All PRCo PCC cars up through the 14s
were delivered this way but all were retrofitted with the base where the
two springs are perfectly parallel - even M11.
