Also happened in the private sector. But today, since we now use your tax
dollars, this will come out of capital funds (3 cent dollars) rather then
operating funds (20 cent dollars).
Also, with delivery of one more bus order, the LRVs will be most ancient
vehicles in PAT fleet, incline excepted.
