Read my post of 3/28/2000 @ 11:09AM (EST) for that answer. Rt 60 never 
operated in a large loop configuration. The Rankin Bridge trips were to get 
mill workers to and from the Rankin side of the river to the Homestead side 
of the river in the wee hours of the morning. My trip (in the bus), which 
duplicated the streetcar schedule, ran at 2:30AM.
