The 81 that ran through to town during peak hours using PCC cars. The route
was abandoned 9-8-51. The 84 was a short turn of Route 82. PRCo records
are less than helpful here. The last route card under 84 (902) was 1922;
you were then directed to 807 (82) cards, where the last entry identifying
Route 84 was in 1936 and involved a minor deviation.

There was a June 1958 PERC fantrip using car 1000 that may have included
Center Ave. trackage near Civic Arena site. Was only about twelve at the
time. Only memory was that it included 60/68 trackage that was soon to be
abandoned.
81 was Atwood
84 was Larimer, but was that operated during PCC era? (Ed????)
