That's interesting.  Roof ventilator, implying 1700 series all-electric, yet 
red/white/blue paint scheme.  Wonder if they have confused "Spirit of 1776" 
car (ex 1616) with all-electric models????
By the way, for transit trivia buffs, this car originally left paint shop 
with no stars above window.  They were added before car released for service 
for increased visibility.
