Actually, I assumed it was on-topic because of the comparison with the
current situation of the, uh, low speed running we're left with in
Pittsburgh.

-incidentally if I get time between dealing with the project I'm doing for
work and some other work I have to do before I do away, I will scan the
photocopy of the Johnstown Traction rulebook I have and post it; It might
even be legible.
