I remember during the 1970's that some of the standard black lettered, white
background car stop signs used a simple, block lettered style lettering. I am
assuming these were simply repainted or new disks with a standard stencil style
for lettering.
PTM has a group of PRwyCo. car stop signs in different colors displayed on one
of the walls in the shop. I photographed them and may have the meaning written
down, but I don't have either handy.
