Plummer St. Car House

I thought this one would be simple. Until I looked, that is. I have a 1925
date listed, and have found a news clipping in that year announcing that a
new administration building would be built there in the next 12 months. I
also have found a 1918 real estate book showing an entirely different
building on the site than is shown in the 1927 car house drawing (and no,
I'm not in the slightest confusing either of these with the old Butler
Street barn across the street, for which there is also a good 1918 drawing).
So while I can't document it, I'd go with a 1924-25 construction date and
feel comfortable about it.
