That's correct, Ken, but in Milwaukee, some people voted FOUR times last
Tuesday.

Now...did you see the icon?  I forgot to add that this mysterious yellow
"ticket" icon is large - about the height of 16pt. text.  Believe me, it's on
my copies of the "Japanese" e-mail.

And, getting back to voting: here in Illinois, we also use those punch
ballots, and the city of Chicago uses the same type of "butterfly" ballot as
Palm Beach.  It's strange that neither Chicago Mayor Richard Daley, nor his
brother Bill (Democratic Campaign Chairman), have ever complained that this
ballot style is confusing to Chicago voters.
