	"The remaining cap badges mentioned last issue have also been
permanently altered in such a manner that they are no longer of interest
to fans of the Pittsburgh Railways Co.  PAT drivers are apparently being
issued PRCo uniforms, but with plain buttons in place of those stamped
'Pittsburgh Railways Co.'"
