Phantom rails on Beltzhoover

OK, for what it's worth. I viewed a pair of what could be construed as
blacktopped rail patch seams running longitudinally on North
Beltzhoover. Upon closer inspection these rail patches look more like
blacktop seams where perhaps a sewage drain excavation may have taken
place, closed up, and re-topped. When I was a kid frequenting the
Capitol Theatre at Beltzoover and Warrington, I remember North
Beltzhoover with plain vanilla concrete surface and no rails.
Anyhow, looking North, the righthand seam parallels a double yelllow
traffic line at 6" to the right of the line. The lefthand seam, (also
looking North), parallelling the right has a span measuring 60".
I took (6) random measrements over a distance of approximately 80 feet
of seam.
Three were 60", two 59.5", and one 60.25"
Close enough for trolley gauge, but.....wishful thinking I guess.
