Who's in charge now

Thankfully, not every organization brushes off their heritage in quite the
same way.  The Capital Area Transit Authority (CAT) in Harrisburg absorbed
Harrisburg Railways Company (and Valley Transportation Co.) back in the
1970s.  The HRy garage had been built by the Central Pennsylvania Traction
Co., the raised letters C P T or C P T Co and the date of the carbarn were
mounted above the office building.  They're still there, only CAT emphasizes
them by painting the letters black on a white background.  It its own way it
proclaims that "we're not afraid of our heritage."
