What a wonderful ride it was too. I remembered one did not put his face
outside of a CNS&M coach window ... its use as a bug swatter caused some
discomfort. And peaking through the engineman's door coming down the Skokie
Valley on an Electroliner with at speedometer hanging on 80 all the way was
quite an experience. And no, I did not try an Electroburger ... I was a
serviceman and the army did not give me enough money for such luxuries. I
got off at Zion and had lunch.
The tie to Pennsylvania ... one of the Electroliners is at Orbisonia.
