So, how about things near Pittsburgh? ;-)

Heck, it turns out where the Dickerson Run/Dawson line met the Phillips
line in Leisenring on the West Penn "back line" between Connellsville and
Uniontown, they built an ice rink and some sort of other facility which I
know they're having concerts in.

When I got my license the area was covered in coal tailings from its
previous occupation, and while some of it may have been I didn't know
exactly where to look it wasn't obvious precisely where the junction was,
only that that was the right spot.

Heading north toward the river on the branch was evident, and I recall it
was easy to guess on either side of that area where the back line ran, at
least for a bit.

This probably serves as another reminder to me to "take pictures before
it's all gone"
