Jim:
Fred said it much more eloquently and apropos than I can -- I am in full
agreement with his every word.

Greetings!
This really caught me by surprize -- V-e-r-y N-i-c-e of you to
write such a report!
I appreciate that you wrote to acknowledge receipt of the model the
other day - not everybody does! But your message was so short that I
was going to write back and tease you about it! But you have certainly
taken the wind out of my sails with this one!
I took the floor out of a recent model and yours is probably the same,
Fred. They now have a false floor so you can remove the floor, trucks
and steps but leave a floor for the seats.
And ala the prototype, the motorman's seat is on a raised platform and
the 3-pedals are there. A mirror is in place at the center doors along
with every hand hold post! Each light is molded into the ceiling. The
details are absolutely incredible. This is a tremendous value that
won't be repeated - these are Limited Edition Models and I am very
pleased to say, the PRCo 1700-series are the most popular that
*St.-Petersburg Trams* (SPTC) has offered! Seems the Pgh.-bashers are
gone or whistling out of both sides of their mouths!
I know that about 50 or more cars are still on back order. The
popularity of this car overwhelmed SPTC which caused the backlog of
orders. Once this backlog clears it should be possible to process
orders much faster.
You are truly a patient person, Fred, many thanks.
And Again, MANY THANKS for your kind endorsement!
