This really isn't a criticism, Jim, or I would not have come back and ordered a
second car.  If you look at the left side, however, the compartment under the car
that hangs slightly below the skirts should cover both vents because it contains the
MG set and the blowers.  I don't have pictures of 1700s but I could probably draw it
up if they ever want to redo.  Since we have an 1100, a 1400, and 1600s at Arden,
that is also possible.  And we also know can determine what the underside of an MU
car (3756) and a rebuilt DE HS Low Floor looks like (4398) when that time comes.  And
I have not forgotten the drawings ... but right now I'm off to Pittsburgh to work.
