PCC 1700 City/Interurban

Only 1700 did, and only because it was showcased on Route 22 for a month or
two (it came in late November and would have been on "display" for the busy
holiday shopping season) before enough other cars arrived to begin service
on the interurbans.  A pilot was restored/added at that time.
