Just a brief thank-you to the people on this list, all of whom conduct
themselves in a professional - and often humorous -  manner when they
provide information and answer questions.  There's a real atmosphere of
helpfulness, accuracy and fun here.  

I say this because I've been getting irritated with another trolley list
where there's a lot of talking down to people asking basic questions, and
sometimes outright insults.  I've noted that most of the people on that
list hide behind pseudonyms (I believe that everyone on the Pittsburgh
list uses his real first and last name).

Keep it up.
